People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.Job Summary:Join Accenture's dynamic Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) team as a Security Guard Force Lead, responsible for seamlessly integrating security protocols across our diverse workplace locations worldwide. Collaborate with Accenture's workplace and security teams to ensure the safety and well-being of our global workforce by coordinating security personnel deployment, assisting with contracts, implementing standardized security procedures, and conducting regular training sessions and performance reviews. By utilizing your expertise to enhance security measures, assess potential risks, and develop proactive strategies that guard forces can help mitigate, you will play a key role in assuring the safety of Accenture’s people and facilities.Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Assist in drafting mutual service agreements, scopes of work, guard post orders, and key performance indicators.

Develop training plan that local workplace teams can utilize to ensure guard readiness and compliance with post orders and scopes of work.

Regularly review and update global guidance and considerations on the use of guards.

Monitor trends, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights from key performance indicator metrics to GAP leadership regarding guard service readiness and performance.

Ensure Workplace teams have regular reviews for any guard access to and permission levels within security systems such as access control and CCTV.

Work with GAP’s Security Technology Team and outside vendors to develop user training program for security technology platforms.

Collaborate with other subject matter experts for benchmarking and best practice sharing to ensure the guard forces are equipped with the latest guidance for optimal performance.

Act as the liaison between and work directly with various internal/external stakeholders to include security, workplace, procurement, finance, legal, and guard force vendors.

Proactively engage with Workplace teams to provide guidance and direction for guards based on the different operating environments within Accenture offices.

Other Requirements/Information:

Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays as required by incident recovery.

Expected travel for this role is 10-20%

Basic Qualificat ions:

​ Minimum of 6 years security guard management experience, including direct supervision of guard forces.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelors Degree.

ASIS CPP and or PSP certification.

International experience.

Experience with: writing master service agreements, scopes of work, guard post orders, key performance indicators and maintaining overall program for government, military or corporate entity.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
