Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the hospital and IT industry, based in Walnut Creek, California. This position entails a significant amount of mobility within the hospital environment to accurately scan and inventory various equipment. The job role requires strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough scanning and inventorying of IT and hospital equipment. Navigate through various hospital departments to locate and log equipment. Maintain an accurate log of all equipment in Excel. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders such as patients, doctors, and administrative professionals. Resolve any inventory discrepancies and update the system accordingly. Use ERP solutions to streamline inventory processes. Apply your knowledge of ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in your daily tasks. Perform clerical duties as needed, including answering inbound calls and auditing. Create charts and graphs in Microsoft Excel to represent inventory data. Stand for extended periods while performing inventory tasks. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must. Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is required. Experience with Epic Software is needed. Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. Understanding of ERP Solutions is vital. Experience with About Time software is necessary. Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively. Proficiency in Auditing is required. Familiarity with Charts - Graphs is necessary. Experience in performing Clerical Duties is a must. Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential.
