The Event Production Manager to lead and execute high-quality events that align with our brand and enhance the guest experience. This position will oversee all aspects of event production, from vendor and labor management to logistics and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, with skills in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Events.Essential Job Functions:Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, staying within budget and aligning with Aspen Skiing Company standardsRecruit, schedule, and supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilitiesOversee budget management and process check requests; maintain accurate records to ensure transparency and accountabilityHandle a range of administrative tasks related to event planning, including documentation, permit applications, and post-event reportingCoordinate with marketing and sponsorship teams to ensure all sponsor requirements are met and that sponsor visibility aligns with contract obligationsOperate and supervise the use of heavy equipment, as needed, for event setup and teardown; ensure compliance with safety regulationsDevelop and manage event timelines, ensuring all logistical aspects of each event are executed smoothlyConduct post-event debriefs to assess successes, challenges, and areas for improvementOther duties as assigned
