Job DescriptionA company in the Boulder, CO area is looking for Software Engineers to join their team in support of classified programs. The Software Engineers are responsible for a variety of efforts including new development, modernization and re-architecting baseline code for a missile tracking/prediction system. This system uses IR sensor data that is received and used for state estimation and prediction, satellite positioning and tracking and creates and accurate 3D track state to determine missile trajectory. Software Engineers will participate in technical peer reviews and work with various Integrated Product Teams and focus on UI, overall health status, communication between system/application entities and general modernization efforts. Active Secret clearance or higher
STEM Degree and 2+ years of related experience (various levels of openings)
Proficiency with C programming (full life cycle)
Strong Python experience
Familiarity with Linux Operating Systems - Experience with Microservices, containerization (Podman preferred)
Experience with Simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink or ClearCase/ClearQuest
Experience with Nexus, GIT, Conan, CMake
Experience modernizing software baselines null
