Pasta Jay's has been open for over 30 years and we have an established reputation in Boulder. We are consistently busy and are getting busier every year so we are on the lookout for someone who can assist our management team and help us get to the next level.
We are seeking a knowledgeable, confident, self-motivated and self-driven individual with a passion and career mindset for the restaurant industry. You must be able to build and shape a successful restaurant culture through positive leadership by example and long term thinking.
As a manager, you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, amazing food, proper restaurant ambience and the day to day operations. This includes supporting a productive and profitable restaurant that focuses on guest relations, team member training and development and execution of brand excellence.
We are very busy so an eye for detail, organizational skills and time management are a must. Your duties would include liquor ordering, invoice coding, liquor inventory, scheduling, assisting in hiring, supervision and constant coaching of all staff, help keep the flow of the restaurant at a manageable level and to ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards.
This position is for the front of house so experience with serving and bartending is a must!

Qualifications, please only apply if you have the following:
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a full service restaurant.
Solid track record with proven success.
Serving and bartending experience, please do not apply if you do not have experience with these.
Open availability with no time restrictions
40-50 hours a week
