Bradford Heap Restaurants is now hiring an AGM. BHR is a leader in the farm to table industry and currently includes award-winning restaurants: Colterra Food and Wine in Niwot, SALT on Pearl Street, and Wild Standard. We work with fresh organic produce grown locally serve only grass finished beef, non-GMO chicken, pork, and sustainable seafood.

We seek a passionate, disciplined, organized, enthusiastic leader with expert fine dining knowledge and managerial experience. Honesty in all your interactions, approachability in your dealings with guests and employees, and passion for the hospitality business is a must. They have a strong desire to share their knowledge with their staff and are willing to jump in the trenches with them to accomplish success. In line with our philosophy, we envision this leader creating a culture that invites guests in to take a voyage through our flavorful small plate menu, complimented by unique cocktails, and adventurous wines. Skills/Qualifications: Cost Accounting, Developing Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy, Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Quality Focus

Responsibilities/Requirements:

*Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations.

*Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with account manager; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists.

*Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements. Consistent execution and training of all system, standards, and processes.

*Must know how to read and analyze PnL reports.

*Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry.

*Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales.

*Development of staff with positive reinforcement and leading by example while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.

*Monitor daily labor, guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards.

*Strong leadership and communication skills, calm under pressure.

*Share in the restaurants vision and responsibility of being eco-conscious, and strives to share and participate in leading that vision.

*Hospitality degree is a plus

To be considered for this position, candidate MUST have:

- At least 2 years of related experience

- Experience supervising and training a large staff

- Superior communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

- Can handle multiple tasks with grace, composure and in a friendly manner

- Team player attitude who leads by example
