Position Summary:
Pouring beers, smiling, cleaning, interacting with guests, knowing Gunbarrel Brewing Company like the back of your hand, and just being an awesome person!
Job Functions:
Providing a terrific experience for our guests
Checking IDs
Pouring Beer
Providing an exceptional experience for our guests
Understanding and sharing information about our brewery and our beers to guests
Stocking merchandise, glassware and cleaning supplies
Cleaning, sweeping and stocking of the bathrooms and tasting room
Clearing and wiping down tables/bar
Properly cleaning glassware
Setting up for events
Safety and sanitation behind the bar
Keeping watch over our guests safety
Ability to lift and maneuver glass racks
Standing and walking for long periods of time
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Exceptional customer service skills
Interested and passionate about craft beer
TIPS certified
Cicerone Certified Beer Server (acquire within first month)
Flexible schedule
Hard working
Positive attitude
Consistent & honest
Ability to move full kegs
Ability to pass background inspection
Ability to multi-task
Preferred Experience:
1+ year bartender experience and/or 2+ years experience in the hospitality industry.
