We are looking to add a sous chef to our handbuilt family! If you have a passion for all things food, beer, and exceptional customer service we want to hear from you.
We are looking for the following-
experience in running a fast paced, busy kitchen
good attitude and love of teamwork
assisting the chef with all duties running the kitchen including food cost, labor cost, etc.
pushing the boundaries of what people think of as food and beer
Bonus items-
experience in wood fired cookery
experience in fermentation, specifically beer
love of all things Star Wars, Legend of Zelda, and TOOL(if you are into these things, we just want to talk with you anyway!)
