Small accounting firm in the Ken Caryl, SW Littleton area is seeking an experienced income tax return preparer for this upcoming tax season. This is not a remote working opportunity.
This candidate will need to possess the following:
- Five to seven plus years preparing individual income tax returns with an accounting firm. Prefer experience with ATX tax preparation software. Those with experience solely with H&R Block, Liberty, Jackson/Hewitt, etc. need not apply and will not be considered.
- Be proficient in ten-key adding machine operation and regularly use this in their work.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the firm's clientele and manage the assigned workload.
- Attention to detail (i.e., detail oriented - very important) and a great track record in meeting deadlines.
- Must be willing to also participate in firm administrative duties as they arise.
- Must be completely committed to effective contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
Expected working hours at 15 - 20 hours per week during tax season and a re-evaluation of work hours after.
