Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Administrative Assistant based in Denver, Colorado. This role is set within the Real Estate industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will primarily be tasked with performing administrative duties, handling customer service tasks, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and handle phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times. Perform minor IT troubleshooting, liaising with IT teams when needed. Support brokers by managing incoming leads using various real estate websites and software such as CTM and Costar. Ensure proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, for tasks such as redlining and tracking changes in Word documents. Multitask efficiently, handling daily duties like answering phones, sorting mail, and other administrative tasks. Conduct property searches in Costar, seeking assistance from representatives when necessary. Handle incoming mail by date stamping, scanning, and forwarding to the offsite accounting department. Conclude assignments by summarizing work done, flagging any issues, and highlighting specific brokers needing attention. Stay updated on ongoing processes and identify areas that require follow-up. Utilize skills such as data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or related industry Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls Excellent skills in email correspondence and data entry Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional manner Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent education level required.
