We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our cafe and catering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations
Managing and training kitchen staff
Prepping food for our cafe and catering
Handling set up for on-site catering events
Inventory management and potential ordering
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality
Qualifications:
Strong food knowledge and knife skills
Proven experience in kitchen management
Good attitude
Reliable transportation to our Aurora location
We offer:
Competitive pay ($16-20/hour plus tips)
Potential for additional income through off-site catering
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with hours typically from morning until 4 or 5 pm.
