What we are looking for in a candidate:
We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Sales Associate for a fine wine, beer, & spirits shop. This position is for our Ballpark Location in Downtown Denver but some shifts may be needed at other locations occasionally.
Most of the shifts available are nights and weekends. You must be available most Friday, Saturday, & Sunday evenings to be considered for the position.
We uphold a strong emphasis on hospitality & customer service so you must be personable and enjoy working with customers from all demographics. A positive attitude, great work ethic, professional appearance, and a desire to learn is required. The ideal candidate will have some retail customer service experience and alcoholic beverage knowledge. Servers, Bartenders, Baristas, and candidates with related hospitality industry experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Hourly wage range listed is based on experience and knowledge. Top pay range is for someone with a lot of beverage knowledge and the ability to confidently sell beer, wine, &/or spirits.
The Sales Associate position can lead to a higher position in our company for someone motivated to pursue a career with us. All of our buyers and most of our managers started as Sales Associates.
Position includes, but is not limited to these tasks:
POS & cash register transactions
General customer service
Stocking/Merchandising
Cleaning/Dusting
Assisting with loss prevention
Social media/Marketing
Product recommendation
Teamwork for daily operations
Social media and other marketing

Position Requirements:
21 years of age or older
Willing to undergo a background check
High School diploma or equivalent
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Able and willing to work long hours on your feet
Able and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to repeatedly lift 50lbs or more
Be very strict with IDs and intoxicated customers
Proficient with computers & social media
