Apartment Maintenance and Security
We’re looking for someone who can handle maintenance and security for our apartment complex. You’ll need to be good with painting, drywall, and light plumbing. But more importantly, you should be ready to step up and kick out any unwanted guests. Living on-site and doing night security is a must, so if you can keep the place safe and looking good, please reach out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix up the place: painting, drywall repair, and minor plumbing.
- Keep an eye on the property at night and deal with any trouble.
- Handle any unwanted visitors firmly and confidently.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Strong, capable, and ready to manage tough situations.
- Experience in maintenance and a hands-on attitude.
- Must live on-site and be available at night.
