Job Description:
We are a growing facility services company seeking an experienced and reliable Evening/Night Field Manager/Supervisor to oversee our team of cleaning and maintenance professionals during off-hours. Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise evening and night shift teams across multiple locations.
Oversee and maintain quality for a variety of services:
Low/High Rise Window Cleaning
Commercial & Residential Janitorial Cleaning
Commercial & Residential Carpet Cleaning
Tile & Wood Floor (Re)Finishing and Grouting
Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, and Screen Repair
Manage schedules, dispatch staff, and ensure timely job completion.
Observe & Report the team and inform upper management about any issues.
Quality Assurance through site visits, encouraging and instructing corrective actions with team members, and reporting issues to upper management.
Perform nightly site inspections, ensuring all work meets company standards.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain client satisfaction during night hours.
Train and mentor night staff, ensuring safety and operational procedures are followed.
Requirements:
2+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services, with night shift experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and service teams efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to handle equipment, perform site inspections, and resolve issues on the go.
