HOA in Centennial is seeking for an experienced Lead Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance for a 26 acre property and 21 buildings, for landscape maintenance, snow removal, general repair, and upkeep of buildings and grounds of the community.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Working with a small team in the general maintenance of grounds in all areas of the following. (Landscape renovations, mowing, edging, planting, irrigation work, removal and replacement of edging, shrub pruning, concrete repairs, etc.)
Seasonal snow removal to include shoveling, ice melt application, ice mitigation after storm
Working with a small team assisting in the maintenance of the interior of 11 buildings to include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window washing.
Assisting in general interior and exterior building repairs (minor carpentry, painting, cleaning)
Required to be on call for weather related events and or when maintenance manager calls for emergency services
Community pool area general upkeep. Pool maintained by others.
Ideal Candidate would possess the following:
The ability to organize a team and prioritize work orders given by management company/Maintenance manager onsite and provide feedback and solutions
Ability to maintain a schedule for routine tasks and preventive maintenance items like routine property tour for refuse pick-up, light bulb check, etc.
Ability to determine the priority of tasks as new tasks and work orders are received, and others retired
Motivated to improve community functions and attractiveness
Able to communicate with office, staff, board members, residents
Complete Special Projects while maintaining routine responsibilities
Must have successful supervision and administrative experience
Be able to report maintenance, staff, or process concerns to the management company and or board
Ability to lift 50lbs
10+ Years Maintenance work history is a plus
Job Type: Full-time position
Pay: $65,000/year for qualified person
