Position Overview
The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office functions, assisting
management, and ensuring the office operates efficiently, answering phones. This role offers competitive base pay,
flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and significant growth opportunities within our expanding

Key Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and filing of important documents
Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain office supplies, organization, and cleanliness
Help coordinate communication between departments and staff
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records
Qualifications
Prior administrative or office experience preferred (not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Reliable, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
