Our focus is helping business owners stay compliant, reduce risk, and understand their insuranceespecially Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Commercial Auto coverage. We pride ourselves on strong relationships, education, and proactive service.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Bilingual Insurance Agency Support & Marketing Coordinator to help support day-to-day client needs while also assisting in outreach and growth efforts for the agency.

Position Overview

This role is a mix of client service, compliance support, marketing, and light business development. You will be a key point of contact for clients, helping them stay on track with audits, payroll updates, billing matters, and business registrations, while also supporting our online and community presence.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping businesses succeed, while also being comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Compliance

Follow up with clients regarding Workers’ Compensation and insurance audits

Assist in preparing audit documentation (payroll reports, class codes, subcontractor info, etc.)

Conduct mid-year payroll and rating factor check-ins with clients

Follow up on missing information and carrier requests

Assist clients with Secretary of State business registrations and renewals

Help resolve billing issues, payment questions, and policy notices

Communicate with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and video meetings

Document client interactions and updates accurately in the agency system

Marketing & Content Support:

Update and post blog articles on the agency website

Assist with social media content (educational posts, industry tips, promotions)

Help repurpose blogs into short social posts or email content

Assist with organizing newsletters or client email communications

Business Development & Growth Support

Follow up with warm leads, referrals, and past clients

Help request and track client reviews and testimonials

Assist with outreach to referral partners (contractors, accountants, business service providers)

Support community or local business outreach efforts

Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and flag them for the licensed agent

Assist with basic lead tracking and follow-ups

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate digital files and client records

Schedule In Office Appointments

Follow Up With Online Leads

Help track deadlines, renewals, audits, and follow-up tasks

Assist with organizing internal procedures and workflows
