Right at Home Denver is seeking a motivated, multi-tasking Recruiting & Human Resources Coordinator to hire Caregivers, CNAs, and LPNs providing one-on-one in-home care across Metro Denver. This is an on-site position with extremely lucrative incentive compensation based on your success in hiring qualified caregivers.
We welcome candidates with HR/recruiting experience OR a highly experienced CNA interested in moving into an office role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Recruit, screen, interview, and hire Caregivers, CNAs, and LPNs
Manage job postings (Indeed, Craigslist, myCNAjobs, etc.)
Complete onboarding, I-9s, and compliance documentation
Use our turnkey onboarding workflow
Track credential expirations using WellSky (formerly ClearCare) automated alerts
Support caregiver engagement & retention
Assist with office operations in our DTC location
REQUIREMENTS
6+ months in home care/home health, OR entry-level healthcare recruiting/HR experience
Knowledge of caregiving or CNA responsibilities
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Comfortable using technology and onboarding platforms
Must work on-site in the DTC (Orchard & I-25)
PREFERRED
Caregiver or CNA background
Home care/home health recruiting experience
WellSky / ClearCare experience (plus)
Bilingual English/Spanish
