Our personal assistant/secretary/faithful helper of 5.5 years is retiring.
We are looking for a Part Time (12 to 15 hours a week) assistant. The hours and days are flexible.
We need administrative support for our home-based businesses; someone who can come to our home office.
This is not a remote work situation.
Duties include:
Paying Bills
Reconciling checkbooks and credit card statements and sending reports to our off site accountant.
Handling the mail, running errands, shipping products, tracking sales and expenses on Excel spreadsheets, internet searches for information for projects, and typing occasional letters and updating tracking forms.
We use PC and Android systems (we are NOT Apple based)
Qualifications:
Must be a problem solver, organized, attention to detail, honest and reliable.
Good at working with limited instruction (can figure things out)
Skilled at tracking down information
Willing to take on new tasks
Must have current experience on the basics of Excel.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, who will answer a phone call and not just text. Good at communication and follow up.
