What You'll Be Doing as the Receptionist/Customer Experience Assistant:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings.
Assist client onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in developing customer experience processes, including client testimonials and streamlining scheduling.
Coordinate and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Conduct customer research and compile data as required.
Handle invoices and expense reports.
Communicate and coordinate with partners, vendors, clients, and colleagues.
Participate in vendor retention and vendor performance appraisal programs.
Screen incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors, directing them as needed.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Create and format various documents and presentations.
About You as the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist:
2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
