PART TIME
Need to be capable of: drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, locks, cabinet installation and other facets of maintenance.
Must be good communicator.
Responsible and self starter.
Must have tools and a truck to haul supplies.
Appliance repair handy.
Need to be organized and neat.
Job duties:
Performing work orders.
Preparing vacant apartments for rental.
Remodel outdated units.
Maintaining building and grounds.
On-call emergency service.
Perform other job projects as assigned.
Starting at $30 /hr
