HVAC Lead Installer

Key Responsibilities:

Install HVAC system replacements.

Learn and apply all codes, local ordinance, manufacturer specifications, and local governing authority oversight to installations, repairs and maintenance. This ensures we maintain a great reputation and avoids the likelihood of recalls.

Review plans, photos, descriptions and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials. Texts, calls, emails, and utilize chain of command and management to ensure the accurate delivery of all contracted services with our clients.

Thoroughly check and test the entire system after the installation completing the manufacturers start up and performance check sheet. Document and place check sheet in client record.

Provide instructions to the client on using the new system and have the client demonstrate their understanding. Answer questions and ensure client is fully satisfied.

Maintain accurate documentation of installations (photos, videos, and or writing description) and utilize effective time management to ensure revenue and expenses are maintained to company specifications.

Attend weekly departmental meetings, training, and any special meetings required.

Own and maintain required tools and machinery in good condition and use all tools in a safety conscious manner.

Maintain a recall rate of less than 10%.

Qualifications:

2-3 years Lead HVAC Installation experience.

NATE Certification or equivalent certification.

Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours

Strong client service skills

Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Must be a critical thinker - Strong English composition skills

Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems

Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within department

Bilingual a plus, not required

Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a residential service and maintenance operation

Knowledge of HVAC field concepts, practices, best practices, tools, and equipment

Interpersonal Qualifications:

Compensation

6% - 8% Commission Structure on total installation volume weekly.

Weekly minimum pay structure in place.

$85,000-$140,000/year
