We’re on the lookout for a Front Desk Supervisor with a guest-first mindset and a flair for delivering exceptional hospitality. What You’ll Do:
As Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of flawless guest experiences and efficient daily operations. From onboarding and mentoring team members to upholding brand standards, your leadership will shine. You’ll oversee guest check-ins, manage room keys and payments, handle room changes, and resolve guest concerns with poise. Acting as Manager on Duty, you’ll assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure every detail aligns with Marriott Bonvoy initiatives. Collaborating with the Front Office Manager, you’ll also help enhance guest stays through room upgrade programs and personalized touches that elevate the guest journey.

Minimum Requirements
-At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required.
-Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
-Experience with Marriott and/ or Westin Brand desired.
-Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
