What You’ll Do:
-Valet cars and assist with luggage to create a welcoming arrival experience.
-Deliver amenities, newspapers, and in-room dining directly to guest rooms, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
-Prepare and deliver in-room dining orders, showcasing your attention to detail.
-Step into action as a member of our Emergency Response Team, handling any challenges swiftly and professionally.
-Respond to special guest requests, going the extra mile to create seamless, memorable moments.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Previous experience in guest service, ideally within a luxury resort or hospitality environment, is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and comfortably stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day. While being multilingual is a plus, it is not a requirement for the position.
