What You’ll Do:
-Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
-Handle calls like a pro, managing internal and external inquiries with efficiency and care.
-Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests, always aiming to exceed expectations.
-Dispatch Service Express Runners and hotel staff via two-way radio to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
-Manage cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $22/ hour + potential commissions
Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts

Minimum Requirements:
-Previous customer service experience required
-Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
