Just a few of the services we provide include: home theater, distributed audio, easy to use automation apps and remotes, robust computer networks with remote maintenance capabilities, lighting control, motorized shades, surveillance camera systems, thermostats, structured wiring, and overall design consulting for low voltage systems and control.

We work with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers and provide everything from complete pre-wiring of a new construction projects to final installation of components, programming, and client training.

Located in Breckenridge, CO. We are a comprehensive design and installation company focused on customer satisfaction.

Applicants must reside in or near Summit County, CO and have reliable transportation.

We have an immediate opening for an Audio/Visual Technician I & II Our ideal candidate will have one to five year experience installing and servicing Audio Visual and related low voltage systems.

Responsibilities: AV Technician I

Tasks include:

Rough in of cable and wire in new construction and retrofit/remodels, Installation of TV and AV systems, TV and Projector install and mounting, Lighting and Shade equipment install, Rack building, Network deployment, Camera and Network Install. General AV and network troubleshooting, General shop duties and organization.

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of verifiable pervious employment in the residential custom AV field preffered. Will Train the right candidate.

Understanding of basic wiring tools and concepts preferably with control and video distribution, structured cabling, equipment rack fabrication and terminations, CAT5/6 and other common AV connectors

Understanding of basic networking, surveillance systems, and home control apps.

AV Technician II

Demonstrates competency with Technician I tasks and responsibilities, Manages a complete set of tools and inventory to be dispatched to jobs solo, Identify customer needs and opportunities and Upsell/Cross-Sell as appropriate, Manage client expectations from initial contract through job completion and client training

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of verifiable pervious employment in the residential custom AV field

Comprehensive experience with:

Home Theater

Distributed Audio/Video Multi-Room Systems

Lighting Control

Home Automation

Rack Building, Wiring, and Cable Management

Retrofit Install

Residential Construction Codes

Strong troubleshooting experience

Network and teleco experience

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

All Candidate Qualifications:

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Hard working, dedicated, and have a willingness to learn, along with a customer service attitude

Proficient with hand and power tools

Upbeat and friendly attitude with ability to work well with others.

- Basic computer skills to use software and complete required paperwork.

Team player, but have the ability and to work alone

Motivated and excited about the ever changing AV industry

Excellent documentation skills, be a exceptional listener, organized and neat in work habits

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Reliable vehicle, current clean Colorado driver’s license

Willing to work long hours and go the extra mile.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with the following:

- Lead Installers with management skills.

- CEDIA certification.

- Control and A/V hardware certifications.

- PC / MAC and Networking knowledge and certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:

$25-35/Hr. DOE

Competitive hourly rate. Additional compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrable skills.
