Daily horse feeding, property maintenance, irrigation, lawn care, general upkeep and just making the property look good. We need an all around hard worker with lawn care, fencing, irrigation, and general maintenance skills. Need to be able to figure out how to fix things. Must be a hard worker that hustles! If you don't hustle please don't apply. Must be honest, must be a self starter. 40 hours per week.

Starting pay of $60,000 per year, two bedroom cute barn apartment. Health insurance, benefits and pay increase after 90 days. With the free housing, free utilities, free internet, benefits and salary this is a $85,000+ opportunity.
We are in the process of adding a secluded home for the manager but this will most likely take 6 months to complete. Not guaranteed.
