Skills needed general maintenance, welding, working a skidsteer, mechanical knowledge, grease, oil changes in equipment, weed up keep, lawn mowing, flowers watered. Knowledge of horses and 1 cow 2 alpacas, can be taught. We have 38 acres, to maintain, an apartment fully furnished for single or couple. Sorry no families. We pay utilities. Looking for committed person for long term.
