Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Financial Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves performing various administrative and office support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

- Manage office correspondence, including emails, memos, and mail

- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Working Hours:

- Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week

- Flexible schedule with some ability to work remotely, if necessary
