This client facing role will include, but are not limited to providing hands on assistance, ongoing informal training, support for acquisitions integrations, maintaining acquisitions reference data, leveraging Momentum functionality to provide statistics, and troubleshooting/resolving issues as they occur. This is a great opportunity to expand your skillset in areas such as client management and business analysis supporting an agency-wide financial and acquisition system. You will work with an experienced team and mature client relationship to bring innovation, best practices and delivery excellence to the program.This position is located in our Washington, DC office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities: Provide quality customer support for all incoming contacts (via call, chat, email or ticket) for Acquisition related issues or requests Perform analysis to review client issues and defects; determining and implementing innovative solution to meet client expectations Participate in meetings with client stakeholders to understand issues and challenges; identify recommendations Candidate will work on testing Acquisition related defects for software releases, resolving day to day production requests, and issue analysis and resolution Provide quality client support by answering questions and fostering communication Candidate will work closely with the Acquisition client staff, production team, and development team to translate client issues and concerns into workable solutions. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
