Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.The Director FEHB Wellness responsible for the creation, strategic execution, and implementation of the wellness organization and program within FEP. Oversees the infrastructure, system implementation, and serves as a member of the FEP leadership team to innovate and deliver on strategic initiatives.How you will make an impact:

Develops customized, group-specific strategies to improve the health and wellness of the federal employee, leveraging Anthem and FEP programs and resources as well as industry best practices.

Works consultatively with federal employees and agencies and oversees the development of tailored plans/seminars to impact health and wellness including strategies that improve health conditions.

Reviews and analyzes utilization data to determine success of member benefits and opportunities to lower healthcare costs and improve health.

Works with FEHB Sales and Marketing to improve competitive position, increase membership and improve retention.

In coordination with Sales and Marketing, conducts meetings with federal employees and agencies to review program participation and suggests solutions to meet the federal agencies goals and objectives.

Participates in the development and review of federal agency goals and objectives to determine appropriate actions for maximizing results and improving group satisfaction.

Oversees the setup of biometric events to improve health outcomes.

Maintains contact with providers and business leaders through participation in community affairs.

Oversees the planning, design, implementation or delivery and evaluation of health and wellness programs for federal agencies. Develops programs to improve HEDIS scores.

Represents the company in the local business community and with business partners (FEPDO, BCBSA and other plans).

Manage key customer relationships and participates in reviewing strategic opportunities.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:Requires BA/BS and minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 2 years of experience in corporate sales or consultative selling; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required. Multi-state licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

Prior customer facing experience, preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferred.

Attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, preferred.

Experience creating 3-year strategic plans, preferred.

Has the experience in training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports, preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $115,500 to $198,000.Locations: California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Nevada; New York; Washington State.In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).   • Summary This position is located in the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation\'s (PBGC), Office of the Director (OD). More than one selection may be made from this vacancy announcement. Responsibilities The candidate selected for this position will: Provide advice in developing and implementing critical studies, programs, projects, and other comparable initiatives impacting PBGC. Oversee and accomplish all human capital initiatives and other initiatives in collaboration with the Human Resources Department (HRD) and other departments throughout PBGC associated with the Office of the Director (OD). Arrange appropriate high-level meetings and briefings between key program officials and Congressional offices including setting up congressional testimony and other critical meetings associated with termination of pension plans throughout the United States. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications All qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the announcement closing date. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications and/or education for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the private sector serving in a confidential capacity to an organizational executive performing functions including human capital, budget, and long-range policy impacting projects and initiatives. Examples include: planning, budgeting, administering, and directing programs, projects and critical initiatives. Time-In-Grade Requirement: In order to be eligible for this position, all current Federal employees must provide proof of meeting the time-in-grade requirement (i.e., at least 52 weeks of experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service). This information must be in both your resume and on an SF-50. Those who do not provide proof of having met the time-in-grade requirement will be deemed ineligible for this position. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
