Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the manufacturing industry located in WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. This role is integral to our team, where you will be managing executive schedules, preparing meeting materials, and handling sensitive information with discretion.Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange executive meetings based on business needs, ensuring all necessary documents and presentations are prepared and organized. Manage and maintain executive calendars efficiently, including scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time to perform tasks efficiently. Handle sensitive company information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. Act as a representative of the executive, demonstrating the organization’s values and professionalism. Process expense reports accurately and promptly, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies. Arrange complex travel plans including flights and accommodations, and create detailed itineraries. Utilize excellent communication skills in managing correspondence and conference calls. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services software Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings Knowledge of Concur for managing travel and expense reports Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate tracking of work hours Proficiency in About Time software for efficient project management Strong calendar management skills for managing executive schedules Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in coordinating conference calls and other virtual meetings Ability to handle correspondence professionally and confidentially Experience in booking travel arrangements for executives Ability to manage executive calendars efficiently and effectively Experience coordinating meetings, including venue selection and logistics Ability to prepare meeting agendas, ensuring all relevant materials are ready for meetings.
