Oversee community staff and consultants in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Ascension Living Community programs/services and/or PACE programs.

Lead the development of financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, aligning monetary resources, developing strategic plans, and measuring results.

Direct the development of marketing and communication plans to achieve maximum census/participant enrollment and minimize the impact of vacancies/disenrollments.

Oversee the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures consistent with ethical and religious directives for Catholic health facilities in accordance with the organization's policies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies governing Ascension Living community and PACE health care delivery and guarantee that mechanisms are in place to provide high quality care and services within the community.

Function as the liaison between the Board of Directors and leadership. Participate in monthly community governance meetings, present and respond to questions regarding community operations.

Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:

Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Examples include: planning, budgeting, administering, and directing programs, projects and critical initiatives. Time-In-Grade Requirement: In order to be eligible for this position, all current Federal employees must provide proof of meeting the time-in-grade requirement (i.e., at least 52 weeks of experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service). This information must be in both your resume and on an SF-50. Those who do not provide proof of having met the time-in-grade requirement will be deemed ineligible for this position.
