We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.TRGis seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to provide support to the Department of the Treasury (TREAS) Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP).This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the customer facility in Washington DC at The District of Columbia Facility located at 14th and C Street SW, Washington, DC, 20228 or at the Western Currency Facility (WCF) located at 9000 Blue Mount Road, Fort Worth Texas, 76131 or remotely.This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.U.S. citizenship and successful background check is required.Core hours for DC location are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.Core hours for Texas location are 6:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.50 percent of scheduled hours are performed on-site, and 50 percent are performed through telework.Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for ERM solution implementation, ensuring smooth operations and user assistance.

Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to RIM processes.

Maintains and optimizes IT infrastructure related to RIM, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Ensure ERM solution and related IT components meet security standards and compliance requirements.

Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Experience and Technical Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of IT support experience focusing on RIM projects and Microsoft Purview/Records Management implementation is required.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities This is a full-time onsite position located in Washington, DC with partial telework option after a probation period and at discretion of the hiring manager. The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides the development, operation, maintenance, and support of Information Systems for the Supreme Court of the United States. OIT staff operate and administer distributed network architectures that support a fully virtualized environment of end user workstations and servers, geographically diverse data centers, website administration using a virtual machine infrastructure linked with a Content Delivery Network (CDN) solution, Video/Voice over IP (VTC/VoIP) solutions, and several complex Local Area Networks (LAN) which connect these resources. The incumbent is responsible for design, implementation, and day to day operation and optimization of the Court\'s Telecom Infrastructure (TI) both at the Court and various geographically diverse remote sites. The TI includes Session Border Controller (SBC), VoIP Call Manager, VTC/VoIP Endpoints, Analog VoIP gateways, on premise call center application, VTC, copper and fiber cable plant, routers, switches, PRI and SIP circuits.
