Job Family :Operational Effectiveness ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :Active SecretWhat You Will Do :Guidehouse is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to support a complex project providing M&E technical and advisory services to the Department of State. The candidate will contribute to the overall monitoring and evaluation agenda for the client, including the definition and administration of relevant M&E products, development of learning agendas, and monitoring activities in compliance with Department of State policies. The candidate will manage a portfolio of projects, working directly with the program team and implementers on the monitoring of those projects. The candidate will contribute to the overall M&E support for the bureau.The candidate will work as part of a cross functional team, support technical/management meetings and workshops with clients, and manage the project work plans. The candidate will oversee and assist in the development of evaluation designs and data collection instruments and processes, manage data management, conduct data collection, review and synthesize documents, and analyze data. The M&E specialist will support the development of tasks and deliverables, and contribute to team deliverables to include, but not limited to, monitoring and results frameworks, program evaluations, presentations, work plans, and reports.What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelor’s Degree

FIVE (5) years of relevant monitoring and evaluation experience

Ability to be onsite with client 4 days/week

Experience working with the Department of State

Experience monitoring foreign assistance programs

Experience monitoring programs focused on mis/disinformation

Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience in an international setting

Excellent organizational and written communication skills; capability to clearly and succinctly define problems and outline solutions

Strong attention to detail

Experience with technical writing or report production

Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder sessions

High proficiency in excel

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00.
