Security Clearance:This position requires a current DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.THIS IS A MOSTLY-REMOTE POSITION WITH SOME TRAVEL.In its majority, work will be performed remotely, from the employee's place of residence. Pre-planned travel to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, for on-site interaction, support, and training will be required up to 1 week per month (Sunday-Thursday). Global Engineering and Technology (GET) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of IT Project Manager to join our cybersecurity team supporting a sensitive national security site belonging to the United States Department of Energy (DOE). This is a highly compensated, high-responsibility technical management position that is central to our mission's success.Compensation Range: $155,000 - $190,000 / Year Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and directly managing multiple cybersecurity IT projects

Ensures cybersecurity is built into IT projects to protect the organization’s critical infrastructure and assets, reduce risk, and meet organizational goals

Tracks and communicates IT project status and demonstrates project value to the organization

Coordinate with the department, project team, business unit managers, and the project management office to achieve product-oriented outcomes

Create, revise, and execute project documentation: project management plans, communication plans, test plans, risk mitigation plans, and configuration management plans

RequirementsSecurity Clearance:This position requires a current DOE "Q" or DoD, DHS, or IC "Top Secret" security clearance.Required experience:

5-10 years of hands-on IT Project Management experience executing the responsibilities described in the bullet points above

Must have experience delivering cloud-enabling capabilities

Direct correlation with knowledge and skills outlined in the sections below

Required Education and Certifications:

Associates degree in a technical field and 10 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience

Technical field experience directly related to IT Project Management for classified cybersecurity operations will be favorably weighted when taking education requirements into account

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications preferred

Required knowledge:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, and Agile methodologies

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies

Knowledge of operational planning processes

Knowledge of cybersecurity and information technology (IT) security principles, practices, and requirements

Required skills:

Knowledge of requirements analysis principles and practices

Knowledge of information technology (IT) architecture models and frameworks

Knowledge of system life cycle management principles and practices

Knowledge of technology procurement principles and practices

Knowledge of cloud computing principles and practices

Knowledge of the acquisition life cycle models and frameworks

Skill in performing capabilities and requirements analysis

Skill in performing administrative planning activities

Skill in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Skill in performing needs analysis

Skill in team building and leading integrated product teams

Ability to identify critical technology procurement requirements

Ability to conduct audits

Ability to identify and document supply chain risks for critical system elements

Ability to define and manage day-to-day performance of operating-level agreements (OLAs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) within the authorized limits of a Project Manager
