As an SAP Retail Lead, you will lead the design of innovative, new solutions related to SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and SAP Fiori. You will understand the integrations between SAP CAR, SAP FMS, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other recipients of customer activity related data. You will have deep knowledge of sales audit processes. You will also understand the usage of SAP Fiori in retail stores for processes such as stock transport orders, inventory adjustments, and product lookup functionality. As an SAP Retail Lead, you will also provide leadership and oversight during the full lifecycle of projects varying in complexity to ensure the deliverables meet business requirements by offering high quality solutions with adherence to architectural standards.Your Impact

Identify and lead implementation of improvements using knowledge of SAP capabilities, industry practices, and Under Armour business processes

Interpret business requirements and communicate possible technical solutions to non-technical audiences

Act as project lead or workstream lead for large strategic projects, with responsibility of owning success of effort through all stages of the project lifecycle

Become an expert in the business processes and industry best practices within area of responsibility, as well as other areas that directly interact

Leverage knowledge of solutions and business processes to assist level 1 / 2 support teams as needed. For major issues causing significant operational impact, organize and lead cross functional task force to resolve issue

Build relationships with the business leaders in the direct area of support to improve collaboration and to become a trusted partner

As senior member of the team, provide leadership and guidance for consultants, other IT or functional teammates during project efforts or during daily activities

Support prioritization process for smaller, non-project level initiatives by reviewing requests and interpreting requirements to drive high level solutioning

Partners with cross-team leads/partners to develop and implement integrated solutions with various applications or external partners

Continuously stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies impacting the SAP retail area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience OR typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree

Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various consumer, technical and business issues

Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts in business terms

Hands on experience in multiple full life-cycle SAP ERP project implementations or major cross functional projects is required

5+ years experience acting as a manager, team lead, project lead, or some other position of leadership and responsibility greater than individual performer is required

Must be able to demonstrate expert ability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP CAR and Fiori functionalities

Experience with the AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution), FMS (Fashion Management Solution), and/or S/4 Fashion is preferred

Proven experience working as part of a global team is preferred
