Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Support professional in the private wealth management space, based in Washington, District of Columbia. The role involves providing critical assistance to a firm partner, with a focus on estate planning for high-net-worth families. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Individuals with experience supporting at the C-Suite level are highly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to a firm partner, ensuring smooth operation of all related activities. Utilize knowledge of Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, and Estate Law to assist in wealth management. Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, both internally and externally, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently. Manage scheduling of meetings for clients to review documents for signing, ensuring all parties are adequately prepared. Track caseloads using Microsoft Teams Planner, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist attorneys in managing high net worth matters, providing necessary support as required. Handle expense reporting, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reported. Utilize case management software to manage and monitor customer accounts effectively. Support executives in a high-volume, fast-paced capacity, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Use skills in Private Wealth Management to provide valuable insights and contribute to the team's success.Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a Managing Partner or C-Suite Ideally has past experience in Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, and Estate Law or administratively supporting projects pertaining to high-net-worth accounting matters Capability to arrange and coordinate travel Experience in supporting C-Suite executives Background in Private Wealth Management Proven ability to assist attorneys in various tasks Familiarity with Expense Reporting practices and Billing Experience in Case Management and usage of Case Management Software.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
