As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-12, you will be responsible for: Providing expert advice, guidance, and technical assistance in coordinating the development and revision of Departmental Directives (policies including Directives and Handbooks). Developing, analyzing, and evaluating new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives. Implementing business practice improvements for the management of existing Directives and the clearance of new and revised Directives. Maintains the official digital repository of Directives. Analyzing and evaluating, on a quantitative/qualitative, basis the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Qualifications Minimum Qualification Requirements You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-12, if you possess the specialize experience. Specialized Experience for the GS-12 One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-11 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: 1. Experience in assisting and revising policy directives or handbooks. 2. Experience in creating and maintaining systems for assessing the effectiveness of programs/management processes. 3. Experience in analyzing or evaluating new or modified policies, regulations, objectives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
