A leading Boutique law firm in the Washington, DC metro area is looking for an Of Counsel attorney to work on the following matters:
-Taking and Defending Depositions
-Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues-
-Assist in drafting legal documents, and filing
-Appear for court hearings/trial on behalf of clients
-Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
-Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
The employee attorney will decide his schedule and availability. The attorney would be on call.
