Position Overview:

The Condominium Office Manager will play a key role in efficiently managing and operating the condominium community. This individual will oversee administrative functions, coordinate communication between residents and Property Management, handle resident inquiries, manage records, and assist with the general operations of the condominium office. The Office Manager will ensure that all day-to-day tasks run smoothly, fostering a positive living environment for the residents.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Administrative Management:

Manage resident files, contracts, and other documents.

Respond to resident inquiries and complaints.

Ensure office organization, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.

Financial Management:

Track and approve vendor payments, invoicing, and expenses.

Property Maintenance and Vendor Coordination:

Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for the property.

Work with vendors for services such as landscaping, cleaning, and building maintenance.

Ensure compliance with property codes and regulations.

Resident Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and Board members.

Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.

Manage parking assignments and other property amenities

Investigating and resolving resident complaints and addressing violations in a timely and efficient manner.
