Job Description:
We’re seeking a personable, organized, and resourceful individual to be a part-time Virtual Personal Assistant with in-person event hosting responsibilities in the life sciences industry. Location: Ideally based in Maryland
Responsibilities:
Handle virtual administrative tasks like scheduling and travel coordination.
Host and coordinate life sciences events in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DC, Phila)
Manage event logistics and be the welcoming face for attendees.
Optional: Assist with social media management and engagement.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (part-time initially with potential for full-time transition).
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and willingness to travel locally. Social media experience is a plus!
