We are looking for an entry-level Estimating & Trade Management Assistant who is great at communicating, organization and collaborating with many teams. Our ideal candidate requires minimal supervision and should have at least one year experience in the residential remodeling industry.
Core Competencies:
Knowledge of construction including but not limited to; technology, methods, materials, tools and equipment
Understanding of field operations and knowledge of building material costs, wages and ability to manage those costs; ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints
Proficient in maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Candidates should have strong math and analytical skills, as well as an eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Must be able to work independently and cross departmentally, and be self-motivated and punctual
Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally
