Part-time Notary and office errand runner.
Flexible schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 4-10 hours per week, occasionally more. $15 per hour. We also pay $5-$20 for each notarized document. Mileage reimbursement for errands over 10 miles. Mileage reimbursement does not include commuting to and from your home to the office.
Must be a Florida Notary, or in the process of becoming one.
Must be 100% capable of scanning and emailing documents.
Must be 100% customer service oriented and reliable to show up for work and meet with clients for notary service and so they can drop off documents for scanning, etc.
Daily tasks will include:
getting the office mail
scanning office mail
going to the post office
scanning documents
Notarizing documents for clients and office other errands as needed
