Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Miami, Florida. The role primarily involves front desk duties in a telecom provider setting. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and perform various administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Responsibilities: Greet and direct visitors, handling incoming calls and routing them appropriately. Maintain and manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and faxing documents. Ensure the reception area is well maintained, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies. Assist with the preparation of reports and other clerical duties as needed. Maintain customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing information as needed. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and communication. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Handle Google applications at JLL efficiently. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Requirements Candidate must have previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Customer service experience is a must Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Must have the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and priorities. Proven experience in data entry and management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in work tasks.
