In this role, you will be working in the customer service industry, providing support and maintaining efficient operations. . Responsibilities: Managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. Efficiently processing customer applications. Accurately maintaining customer records and monitoring customer accounts. Resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Utilizing various software, including Google tools, for administrative tasks. Implementing organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
