This is an in house position in the Groveland area. Position would suit someone within 30 minutes of Groveland
We are a Roll Up Door and Garage Door Distribution Company looking for an individual to assist with the daily operations of the company, that includes, but not limited to:
Answering sales inquiry calls, no cold calling.
Sending product quotes, internet sales and shipping (data entry)
Routing and confirming delivery’s.
Invoicing and taking payments
Assisting with sales and estimates and sales paperwork
Filing and admin; General organization
Applicants must have a professional telephone manor and offer great customer service.
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is preferred with previous office admin experience.
Good communication skills (bilingual/Spanish/English) is a plus.
We offer a very pleasant environment to work in, with like minded people and attitudes.
Hours available are M-F 8:45-5:15pm (30 minute lunch) 40 hours a week. In house position.
No weekends.
