Other Duties include:
Performs solution analysis in the course of technical discovery, solution design, development, and implementation as necessary to develop solutions
Partners with functional groups within the organization to clarify and document functional and non-functional business requirements, use cases, and business rules.
Creates workflow diagrams that reflect current and future states and performs gap analyses between current and future states
Participates with the team to define test cases and support testing.
Develops presentations to business and technical partners to communicate/sell findings and recommendations
Requirements:
Degreed or related experience and at least 8 years of applicable business/solution analysis background
Experience in writing SQL queries
Agile experience
Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on proactive brainstorming and debating dialogues
Requires high energy, positive thinking, and an assertive personality that is perceived as professional, open, intelligent, and a remarkable contributor to any team
Ability to read XML and JSON data models
Data Mapping experience
Knowledge of Life Insurance and ACORD is highly preferred
Knowledge of Web Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) preferred
