We've been operating for more than 30 years, many staff members remaining with our family for more than a decade. We operate in Charleston SC and here in the Tampa Bay Area, currently developing historic areas and buildings with unique, high quality concepts as done in SC.
Applicant should be well versed in google sheets, financials, inventory, service standards, projections, labor, scheduling, profit and loss statements, and training. Being involved in the local hospitality scene is also valuable. A passion for people, food and hospitality is what drives us all. Bring your A game!
