This role requires architecting, planning, designing, and operational support of AT&T’s supply chain value stream applications in Agile and DevSecOps model across on-premises, public cloud, and SaaS. This role requires work on exciting and challenging projects as well as on call rotation in different shifts.About the position:
The Lead System Engineer is responsible for the implementing, improving, supporting, and participating in the processes, strategies and tools for the assigned business or functional area.
Provide input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology, especially in the Snowflake including Snowflake Architecture, Snowflake implementations, Snowflake operations Snowflake optimization including cost optimization.
The role requires experience in Data Engineering including Data Ingestion and Data Extractions, and Snowflake platforms. Experience in Cloud Engineering including Azure or AWS is required.
Working experience in Oracle EBiz/EBS Application Suites including Fusion Applications, Database, middleware, and technology infrastructure in support of supply chain value stream applications.
You'll also collaborate with internal teams and business users, creating strategically sound Target State Architectures.
You'll have a major say in mentoring, setting priorities and fostering a client-centric environment where everyone learns and grows.
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of Lead System Engineering experience
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
5 to10 years’ experience in Snowflake Architecture, Snowflake implementations, Snowflake operations Snowflake optimization including cost optimization.
5+ years’ experience in Data Engineering including Data Ingestion and Data Extractions.
ORDS and Golden Gate Microservices experience
Cloud Engineering including Azure or AWS or Oracle experience.
IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services, DaaS, and IaC experience
Data engineering and Snowflake platforms experience
Knowledge of access key management and Azure AD/IAM policy provisioning
Develop Pipeline and other DevOPS Automation – using Terraform, Jenkins
Develop and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Design, develop, deploy, and manage high availability clusters using Azure Kubernetes and Docker Swarms
7 to10 years’ experience in administering Oracle Applications R12 (12.1 and 12.2) and databases Experience (12c and 19c) in Oracle application and database patching, cloning and upgrades.
Install, configure, and administer E-Business environments, Experience in Oracle Applications maintenance, patching, Upgrade, Migration
Experience on Single Sign on (SSO) for Oracle EBS R12 using Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, 12c, OAM and OID environments.
Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Fusion Middleware
